Captain Hoekstra Leads Big in Individual Donors

Great news!

The Detroit Free Press just posted a story entitled Hoekstra leads big in individual donors

Here are some of the quotes from the story:
What the applications showed was that Hoekstra, of Holland, may be eligible for more than $700,000 based on 6,862 individual contributions.

Compare that to the 2,813 individual contributions reported by Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard; the 1,151 contributions reported by Attorney General Mike Cox and the 887 donors reported by state Sen. Tom George – and Hoekstra’s lead is a big one. (Rick Snyder, the other chandidate, is ineligible for public funds because, says the Michigan Campaign Finance Network’s Rich Robinson, he has spent more than $300,000 of his own money on his campaign.)

There's more at the link, but this is great news. Keep it up everyone! With only 12 days until the primary, the time couldn't be any better for you to make a donation to the campaign to help push Pete over the finish line!
